How does the treatment work?
The BTL Unison® machine uses a combination of monopolar radio frequency and shock wave energy. The practitioner will use a hand piece over the treatment area which feels like a hot massage with stimulating mechanical vibrations.
What areas can be treated?
The areas that can be treated are thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms
How long does the treatment take?
We book in BTL Unison® for a minimum course of four treatments to ensure optimum results. These last for 60 minutes a treatment and are booked one week apart with optimum results showing within 3 months.
Is there any aftercare?
There is no downtime to this treatment, you can resume daily activities straight after. However, it is important to stay hydrated during the course of treatment and drink 2 litres of water a day.
When will I see the results?
You will see your optimum results 12 weeks post course of treatment and as new collagen is produced.
How long do results last?
Results can last up to 2 years however we recommend having a maintenance session 1 year post last treatment.
Can this be combined with any other treatments?
