Dr Victoria Manning BM DFFP MBCAM
Dr. Victoria Manning is a highly skilled non-surgical aesthetic doctor with over 20 years of clinical experience across General Practice and cosmetic Medicine and is a trusted name in the aesthetics field. She is a full member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.
She is a global aesthetics industry trainer, speaker and key opinion leader for Sinclair Pharma’s portfolio, Silhouette Soft®, Ellansé, Maili and Lanluma in addition to being a trainer in PDO threads and Vaginal Rejuvenation techniques.
She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired look through natural-looking, effective treatments.
Her dedication to patient safety and optimal outcomes has earned her a position on the Specialist Advisory Board of CMAC, where she guides clinicians on managing aesthetic complications. In addition to have been selected to sit on the Sinclair Pharma Faculty Board.
Passionate about advancing the aesthetics industry, She is a vocal advocate for rigorous training and regulation. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of two grown children, a horse and dog lover, and enjoys spending her free time on her boat on the Solent.
Dr Charlotte Woodward MBCHB MRCGP MBCAM
Dr Charlotte Woodward is the co-founder and medical director of River Aesthetics. With more than 25 years clinical experience, she is an extremely skilled and accredited medical aesthetics doctor and general practitioner who has practiced exclusively in the aesthetics sector for over 17 years.
Dr Woodward discovered the world of aesthetics during her time as a GP and was instantly taken with the artistry involved, the ability to make people feel good and the privilege of witnessing overjoyed reactions of patients upon seeing their procedure results in the mirror. She favours the highly personalised approach and ensures every person she cares for receives only the best bespoke aesthetic treatments that are specifically tailored for their needs and life stage, a philosophy that runs deep in the River Aesthetics DNA.
Well-regarded for her innovative use of threads and fillers, Dr Woodward is always ahead of the curve with new products, procedures and pioneering techniques, and is often heavily involved in the developmental stages with international pharmaceutical companies. She was one of the first doctors in the UK to perform a Breast Thread Lift, setting the standards for industry best practice and leading the way for advances in the use of sutures in aesthetics.
Passionate about aesthetic medicine & safety, Dr Woodward is a prominent global advanced trainer for Sinclair Pharma’s Ellansé and Silhouette Soft® brands, as well as an ambassador for their newest product Maili, and a global trainer in PDO Threads and Vaginal Rejuvenation with Desirial®. Outside of River Aesthetics, Dr Woodward enjoys family life with her supportive husband of 25 years and their two wonderful daughters.

Mr Andrea Bianchi
We are delighted to welcome Mr. Andrea Bianchi, a leading authority in minimally invasive bunion surgery, to the River Aesthetics team. Mr Dynesh Rittoo, MBChB, FRCS, FRCS (Gen Surg), RCPathME
Mr Dynesh Rittoo is a highly skilled Consultant Vascular Surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He is a well-respected vascular surgeon in the Bournemouth area and he now joins us at River Aesthetics offering consultations and treatment for an assortment of venous issues including varicose veins and thread veins.
Mr Rittoo is also a medical examiner for the University Hospitals Dorset and has published many scientific papers and has presented his research to the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain, Surgical Research Society and Society for Intensive Care.
He has a keen interest in research and education and is always looking for the latest advancements in venous care and treatment. He is particularly interested in the most recent minimally invasive methods of treating venous ulcers and varicose veins.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a member of the Royal College of Pathologists, and the British Medical Association.
Even the most anxious patient can feel at ease with Mr Rittoo’s superb bedside manners. When it comes to his work, he is extremely thorough and constantly aims for excellence.

As Clinical Manager and Senior Aesthetician, Amber has over a decade of experience in both the Aesthetic and Beauty industry, working in various opulent Spas and Doctor – led Clinics.

Amy
Amy has been working in the beauty industry for 20 years and has recently joined River Aesthetics, working as an aesthetician. Amy’s goals and aspirations are to help patients improve their complexion and generally achieve improvement on their overall confidence. “It is very rewarding and I love my job”.
Outside of work Amy enjoys walking with her dog, travelling and meeting up with good friends.
Hayley
Hayley joined River Aesthetics in 2021, she works in both our Bournemouth and Lymington clinics as Administrative Manager. She has worked previously for the NHS in Cardiac and Covid Research.
She is passionate about aesthetics and the treatments provided here at River Aesthetics.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, eating out and a fine glass of wine.
Hayley’s favourite aspect of River Aesthetics is the amazing team she gets to spend time with every day, as well as working alongside such influential doctors.
Georgia
Georgia is based in our Bournemouth clinic as Senior Receptionist and Social Media Lead. With 5 years experience in the hair and beauty industry, Georgia has also recently finished her degree in Event Management. She enjoys socialising with friends and going for walks in the country with her boyfriend outside of work.

Jodie
As a member of the River Aesthetics Reception Team, Jodie has worked within the customers service sector for over 10 years which includes working at a prestigious airline as cabin crew.

Jo
Jo brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to the River Aesthetics team. Having spent a decade as cabin crew, including two adventurous years in Dubai, she developed exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. With her twins now teenagers, Jo is excited to embark on this new chapter, contributing her warm and friendly nature to the clinic.
When she’s not immersed in the world of aesthetics, Jo enjoys exploring new places, walking her beloved dog Mabel, and spending quality time with friends and family.
